Shipping Returns and Exchanges


  • Merchandise ships within 2 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided.


  • If you are exchanging for a different size, color or a different item simply return the item for a refund less the shipping amount. 

  • Place a new order for the desired Item(s).

  • Applicable amount for shipping will be charged.

  • Refund will be given once new order is placed. 

  • No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges.


  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. No exceptions.

  • All Undergarments, Tights, Books, Sewn Pointe Shoes, Clearance and Make Up are a Final Sale.

  • Refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Must be sent postage prepaid. Insurance recommended.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items being returned.

  • Merchandise must be in its original new condition not used. Including all tags, packaging and boxes shall not be damaged. Merchandise shall be soil free and free of perfume or any offensive odors.

  • All returns must have a RA (return authorization). Contact customer service at 239-772-3440 to obtain the RA. 

  • 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, a refund will be applied to the method of payment used within 7-10 business days.

Back Orders 

When an item is not available from the manufacturer at the time of order, it is placed on Backorder. Dance Supply will contact you and give you the estimated ship date based on information from the manufacturer. At that time you can decide if you want to cancel the order for a refund or wait for the item. If you ordered more than that one item In stock items will ship right away. You can always call to double check availability, we are always happy to help.

Sales Tax

You will pay sales tax if your order is shipped to a Florida address.

If it is shipped outside of Florida you will not be charged sales tax on your order.

Using A Tax Exemption

If you reside in Florida and have a Tax Exemption, email a copy of the certificate to: reference your order number in the email. Please note: The name of the organization or name is used in the billing information at the time of check out.
